Day Eight:  It's late and I'm just now getting a chance to blog.  Busy day.

This is a continuation of some of the comments about Father Abraham:  Romans 4:13-18 gives us another clear picture of how we are heirs to the promises given in the Covenant with Abraham.

Verse 16 states:  "Therefore, it is of faith that it might be by grace, to the end, the promise might be sure.  TO ALL THE SEED..."

Then this is reaffirmed in Galatians 3:29  "If ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to promise."

We can claim the promises that point to and back up my asscertion that we can KNOW that as we read, claim and believe God,  we can see our family saved.

This is not a "name it and claim it"--it's the WORD OF GOD!

Skipping up to Matthew 5:15 we read:  "Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it giveth light unto ALL that are in the house."

But, I'm getting carried away.  I'm still supposed to be in the book of Genesis, searching out Scriptures with promises for our family.  But, I can't help it.  The Bible ties everything together, but I'll try not to hop around.

Heading to bed, reminding you to fight for your family--on your knees.  You are the key to the salvation of your household!!!
